The Indian arm of the Japanese automaker Isuzu will run a summer service camp from May 20 to May 25, 2019. The aftersales initiative has been tagged as ‘Isuzu Care’ and it will be active across all authorised dealerships in India. All the three derivatives of the D-Max pick-ups and the MU-X SUV will be catered to under this preventive maintenance campaign.
During the six-day period, Isuzu customers can avail a range of benefits for their beloved vehicle. The list includes complimentary 50-point vehicle health check-up and top wash. The company will also be offering 10 per cent discount on labour charges but only on periodic maintenance service and any other mechanical repairs. Additionally, customers can avail a 7 per cent discount on ‘wear & tear’ and ‘general repair’ parts. Amongst the list of terms and conditions, Isuzu has mentioned that no discount will be offered on periodic maintenance service parts and accidental vehicles.
If you are enticed with the range of aforementioned benefits, we recommend getting an appointment in place rather than just gate-crashing the nearest Isuzu dealership. Needless to say, you can reserve a slot by either calling the dealership directly or by filling up a service booking form on Isuzu India’s official website.
Isuzu Motors India has been quite busy expanding its footprint across the length and breadth of the country. In the current month alone, it has inaugurated three touchpoints – one each in Ahmedabad, Visakhapatnam and Trivandrum. Later this year, the company is expected to introduce the mid-life update of the rugged D-Max V-Cross pick-up. Apart from featuring a bunch of cosmetic changes inside and out, the versatile vehicle could also debut a new 1.9-litre diesel engine in India.
