Saar: The sub-4 metre SUV, with several neon-green elements, was teased via social networking accounts.
It seems Tata Motors isn’t done ticking all the possible boxes to make the Nexon fit for everyone. Over the last few days, the homegrown automaker released three teaser videos of a limited edition Nexon via its social networking accounts. Each one focuses on one particular element of the SUV and it flaunts a neon green shade. Look for yourself!

Teaser 3:
The first teaser video shows that the caps of the ORVMs (outer rear-view mirrors) are painted in glossy neon green. In the second teaser video, the surrounds of the centrally-located AC vents on the dashboard are draped in the same shade of green. The third one focuses on the neon-green-coloured four inserts on the front grille pattern. Another aspect worth noting amongst the three teasers is that Tata Motors is, in all probability, trying to spell out the name of the variant. We’ve got K-R-A up until now. Unless that’s the name of the variant, expect Tata Motors to release more such teasers in the coming days.
Tata Motors has mentioned that this limited-edition variant of the Nexon will debut soon. If our calculations are current, it won’t debut until the company is done spelling the name out. What do we think the variant will be like? Well, just roll back to the June this year when Tata Motors launched the Tigor Buzz and you’ll know exactly what we think.
The Tata Nexon Limited Edition will remain unaltered mechanically. The neon green trickery will be on offer with both petrol and diesel engines. Like the Tigor Buzz, expect the upcoming Nexon variant to be based on the XT variant. With the added flair, the limited edition Nexon will come at a slight premium over the variant it will be based on.
