Saar: The seven-day customer-connect program will run until November 27, 2018.

After conducting a Free Car Care Clinic (FCCC) in March this year, a nationwide campaign which ran for 10 days and over 2.5 lakh customers availed the benefits of it, Hyundai Motor India is back with yet another edition. Commenced on November 21, 2018, the 27th edition of the FCC will run until November 27, 2018. The seven-day customer-connect program is being held nationwide, across 1,309 authorised Hyundai dealerships and service points.

Here’s what Punnaivanam S, who is the VP for national service at Hyundai Motor India Ltd., said in an official statement:

“Our commitment is to provide best customer service and support by offering upright service experience and seamless network. Free Car Care Clinic is our flagship service program which aims to provide duly viable solutions for the customers and enhance their ownership experience at the same time.”

During the seven-day campaign, Hyundai customers can avail a range of benefits. Apart from getting their cars run through a free 50-point health check-up, the customers can get up to 10 per cent discount on parts and up to 30 per cent discount on labour charges. During the 27th FCCC, Hyundai is also giving away 10 free extended warranties every day. So then, if you want to avail all those benefits or even one of them, now is the time to get in touch with your nearest authorised Hyundai dealership.

Earlier this month, Hyundai organised a free ‘Before Service Camp’. The objective for that customer-centric campaign was to inspect Hyundai cars and educate their owners about what all needs attention. Hyundai, it seems, wants to hold on to the top spot it garnered in the after-sales customer satisfaction study amongst all mass market players in India. In fact, the South Korean carmaker has been topping the aforementioned study for two consecutive years.
